Buildher

Buildher is Norway's first non-profit carpentry workshop run by women interested in carpentry. We offer Community events, workshop space rental, beginner classes, and collaborations with professional carpenters. Every Wednesday we offer "Book & Build"! Book a spot to work on your own project using our space and tools, with basic basic guidance from our volunteers.

At Buildher, you don't need to be an expert to join our space. We are focused on beginners.

Our values are:

We go for it!
At Buildher, we don't hold back: we date to create, tomake things and learn as we do so! We're not afraid to fail along the way, because we know that it's a learning process.

We are resourceful!
We share the knowledge, we collaborate, and we always use reused materials when we can.

We empower!
We create a community for people who have not had opportunities to build and promote carpentry or building as a hobby and a profession.
